Receiving: J. Finley (GB) - 3 REC, 67 YDS

This is how our offense needs to be running come Sat!

1. You're comparing NFL to College
2. You're wanting us to use what we have to do as well as A. Rodgers and an extremely deep receiving squad
3. Chaney doesn't sit under a rock or ignore games. I'm not sold on the guy, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't ignore games during the week. Although, I'd rather him focus on our offense and Vanderbilt's defense than on how Green Bay worked against the Vikings

The notion that Chaney sat down and watched an NFL game last night as a way to game-plan for Vandy is absurd. There's no comparison and nothing to be gleaned from watching Green Bay dismantle the Vikings

Somebody didn't drink their coffee this morning... I wasn't really serious.. My point was that GB had a solid looking offense last night.. Kind of flashed me back to Week 2 for us. We run a very similar offense to GB. My point was I wish we could get back on that path of being a top offense again... Bray should help...

Actually I think there is some comparisons.. I don't actually think Chaney sat down and watched the game last night.. If he did.. well good for him.. I've said it since last year.. Bray actually reminds me of A. Rogers more than any other QB right now in the NFL.. He's a gunslinger.. I also think that GB's offense is very similar to ours.. Yes they have a unlimited supply of receivers and we have about 3... but I think there are some similarities in the to offenses..

Seems like a decade ago! That should give us a lot of hope. I am down on JC and believe he has a lot to prove but that smacks that stance in the mouth.

Wow... people really have no sense on here anymore... Make one reference to the NFL and "NO NO NO that's Apples to Oranges" They have a lot of connections.. Yes the NFL is full of talent and College football doesn't always have the same.. But schematically they can do a lot of the same things... Hell GB was running out of the spread half of last night... We use the spread formation some... Why is that so wrong to compare??

Next year my friend...next year.

And I'm damn tired of saying that.

It's not wrong to compare them, no way shape or form did I say you couldn't compare the NFL to NCAA. I simply posted a picture of fruit.....an apple and an orange, which you are comparing.

True that... I think they held Peterson to 14 car for 51 Yards on the night.. That's impressive.. I've been down on Wilcox lately... I know some of it is just what he has to work with right now...

Haha Yep.. I hear ya... I'm tired of it too.. It's going to be exciting to think about in the off season... I can only dream of having that offense we saw in the first 2 weeks for an entire season.. Hope it happens cause that's gonna be fun!

I think PJ's sarcasm flew over some of your heads.

Well Vandy's running game is their only strength on Offense really... Their D is still my biggest concern.. Stacy has like 850 something rushing on the year.. By no means is he even comparable to AP though.. I still think if we can shut him down.. and do something halfway productive on offense against their D... Then we will come out WINNING!

You will likely see results like this again one day when Tennessee discontinues it's SEC membership and accepts a bid to become the newest member of the Big East.

This staff and team is severely outmatched in all phases of the game against conference competition.
