it would be but they're not

The common factor is AU...Vandy got it done...we didn't. UT has better athletes than both of these schools combined but guess what...that doesn't matter when your leader has a red and white striped curb feeler stick and very dark sunglasses.

What you want to bet that if I include game-film, the IRS will let me write-off both the PPV fee and the time I've spent watching this year as charitable contributions?

they barely beat them @ home and we barely lost on the road. It's at best a wash. Candy will lose 2-4 on the way in so it won't matter

I paid $90 for student season tickets. MY $90. This "product" is pathetic. I'll not be doing the same next year. The year they charge students we have a worse team than VANDERBILT! Since I am now a paying customer and the team has been distanced from the school as much as possible, I demand change. There MUST be changes in this athletic department or they will be trying to pay me to show up. A good change would be a new head coach.

I got the game and actually almost went to sleep watching it. Not only was the sound bad for the game, but even with the volume way up the crowd sounded lifeless from the beginning and the players looked to be playing with little energy as well.

That was an awful display of UT football. Fulmer should see the writing on the wall and just retire. His best days are clearly way behind him now. We should have won by 28+ against that team.

Me too...Happy...Happy...Happy...how about another beer please. My goal is to drink as many beers as UT should have scored in points...60+...wish me luck.

Sounds like we were on the same plan.

I drank, played cards, and passively listened to the game in the background. Fulmer is doing an outstanding job of turning this fan off!

It's incredible how much talent is going to waste. Tennessee should win by 3 TD's + with its talent alone. The coaches are just not misusing talent, they're having a negative influence on them...

IMO, this is a nominee for post of the season.

I feel your pain but the fact is Vandy is in 1st place in the SECE...That's not a wash but a sad, painful fact.

are you a NIU fan?

I stayed away from this thread to long.

While I'm not sure about you logic.

Maybe I should Retract the part that made you come to that conclusion.Although I don't see the correlation if any that would lead you to that conclusion!

Maybe I should just say that It was the mick ultra, not the ones I drank but the ones I didn't see you drank.:salute:

I'm in Bama...Dores it is!!...Especially after Brentwood came here last week and a Prattville DT tackled the QB and RB at the same time handing them a 26-0 loss. I need to move back home for a place to hide.

You have been in hardcore denial about this subject for so long.

You are going to hit rock bottom when we lose to them.

Have fun living in fantasy land, though. It must be fun.

In all fairness though; Prattville has an indoor practice facility that would stand as good or better than most D1 programs. The Bammers here truly believe Championships mean more than education, books, or soap to wash your hands. A jumbotron beats a Science lab any day here.

You have totaly missed the point! Anytime we are comparing UT and Vandy and the word wash comes up about equality of these two teams, something is bad wrong. Who cares that Vandy will lose 2-4 games the rest of the way, they are supposed to. Unless there is a drastic change, Vandy will run us out of Nashville with our tails between our legs. How on earth can we have the talent that we do on the field and not be able to put a team like Northern Illinois away in the first half. If we have to lose out the rest of the way in order for Phil to be gone, then I'm all for it. Anyone who cares to tell me that I'm a bad fan for thinking like this should be considered an enemy who doesn't give two cents about our program or its future. It's pathetic that we have an AD that has put us in this desperate situation. When Hamilton refuses to listen to reason, drastic measures have to be taken for the good of the program. Keep hating Phil while whishing for a win and you will be having this same conversation about our pitiful coaching staff in 5 years. Do we sacrifice the war to win a battle or do we take our losses now in order to regain a respectable program that isn't opressed by a cancer named Phillip Fulmer? Wake up Vol fans!!!!!

I've said it before, and I'm actually surprised at how accurate it's become. But this year,,,

"We are Vandy, and they us"
