I am in a glass case of emotion. I drank during the game to take the edge off my rage for the kids. It dulled me to the utterly pathetic play of our offense. I cannot believe this is an organized football team that plays in front of paying spectators. It’s sad how little I care about the outcome. If this needs to be moved please do so. I am dead inside. Hire some one who does not let coachisms fall out of their mouth like a Tijuana burrito on its way out.

I’m just so apathetic at this point about UT football. Didn’t watch the game. Just saw the final score and puked.

I’ve worked every game except one. If Butch is coaching against Kentucky, I’ll probably stay at work till midnight next Saturday.

Butch has drained the energy out of our fanbase.

He expects us to be happy with crappy bowl game victories every year and I’m sick of it.

I don’t care at this point as long as Butch is on the sidelines.

Shrug and go on with your life. Let the people paid to handle it handle it. Do something fun to get your mind off of the situation.

The sun will still come up tomorrow. Do what you can to lower your blood pressure so you'll be here to see it.

3rd qrt+ I was talking with my dad about stupid stuff. Better than actually paying attention from that point.

I didn't bother watching. Checked the score on my phone a couple times. Today's game was the first I ever intentionally skipped. I just couldn't bare to watch.

I just can't watch my beloved Vols get abused the way they are under Butch. Currie needs to end all of our misery NOW. I've went from apathetic to bitter. Why is Butch still our HC?

I was already caught up on all the Netflix comedy specials and Vice Principals, so I needed a good laugh.

Honestly if you're having to drink to take the rage off from your kids, you're way to invested in this. At the end of the day, it's just a game. Don't let it effect you like that.

I havent watched a single game this year as I saw this coming. Football is supposed to be entertaining. That's why I usually would choose to watch it. This team is not entertaining.

I wasn't going to watch, but I haven't missed a UT/Bama game since I was very young and that was a long time ago. So I watched and actually was hopeful for the first quarter that maybe it wouldn't be the 50-3 score I'd predicted....

I wondered what QD thought of during the game since he was recruited heavily by Bama.

AMEN!!!
The lack of movement on this tells me the powers that be don't care . If there is not a hire yet at least remove the poison. Just doing that will give the kids and the fans hope. ( and relief )

Well I've been thru some bad years but this takes the cake. Even in the past when we finished with a bad record no team took us for granted and most of the games are always exciting. Us not being exciting anymore is gonna hurt us more if something doesn't get done about it.

On Monday I was in Salem Mass (wearing a bright orange Vol's shirt) and someone said "hey great game." I was about to get upset, when he said his favorite team was the Colts.

On Wensday I was in Salem NY wearing another Vols shirt. A guy asked me if Tennessee still played football. He said he didn't follow college football all that well. I politely said yes they do. He said they used to hear about Tennessee but hasn't in a while. I just politely told him my team (my favorite team) isn't very good right now.

I'll keep wearing my orange but this is imbarrising. People don't even know that TN orange isn't the Titans.....or to have someone ask if we still played and he wasn't even trying to be mean.

If you have to drink to avoid taking rage out on your children due to how a group of college kids perform on a football field, you have bigger issue than the vols not being good.

Easier said than done. I live in enemy territory (Fla) and get reminded almost on a daily basis about UT's demise. I'm afraid all of these micro agressions might give me PTSD and I might want to become a lesbian trapped in a mans body or something ;)
