I am sure it wasnt worth hearing, like 99% of the BS out of his mouth. I think that guy may be the most annoying human on the planet. " I am out, dawg".

So, if it's 99% BS out of his mouth, where does that put Doc, Jeff, Heather, and Hyams???

Jim Rome is one of those guys that I look at, and I just cant for the life of me understand how he makes a living reporting sports. How anyone can sit through one of his tv or radio shows is beyond me.

The only thing that I heard was when he does his email portion of the show, and was something along the lines of "Lane Kiffin will have a great season in his first year at UT. - Signed Rich Rodriguez" I was tuned in for about 45 minutes.

He said...

"if Kiffin is doing this now, without ever coaching an SEC game, imagine what he's gonna be like in a couple of years if he actually has won something"

Yeah and he went off on the "pumping gas" thing for like 10 minutes, but the overall feel of it was somewhat positive. He said "good job Lane, you have me talking about Tennessee football in California" that kind of thing....

I like Jim Rome.

He had a great career as a jockey!!!

Seriously, have you ever seen more sheer terror than when he continued to call Jim Everett 'Chris Evert'???

When Jim came over the table, little Romey was hoping Seattle Slew would help him ride off into the sunset.

What is up?

Rome is definitely an acquired taste. Overall, I think he likes what is up at UT.

I'm out.

Don't get to see or listen to him much. What I have seen has been ok. Wouldn't call him a UT hater.
