I honestly think we’re at the point where everybody and everything would be best if next season was canceled, all twelve games. Have a total sweeping housecleaning of square wheels from Currie on up. Then after a new AD is in place and new administration is in place start a fresh coaching search. The free fall of embarrassment and credibility bleed is out of control. Hard reboot.

Davenport is a SJW and probably hates football anyway. It wouldn't change the culture.

that sounds good, but it's not fair to the players and the thousands of other people that depend on UT Football for the economic impact. even with low attendance, it still provides a means to an ends for many out there.

you can't cancel the season. it only gets fixed from with in, and someone, be it Joe D, or the BOT, whoever....someone needs to reign this in.

the conference is going to stay away from this. anyone not associated with the university in some official capacity is going to stay away from this.

not trying to be argumentative, just there's no benefit by sticking your toes in to this pool right now. no one wants to be associated with this mess.

and outside looking in, i know i'd be like "you got yourself in this mess, you're going to get yourself out...good luck".

We've got Moe, Larry and Curly running the UT Athletics Department. Every time I think they couldn't do anything any stupider, here comes Currie, Haslam or Davenport dragging their gas can to the dumpster fire.

I get ya but I’d have to vote no confidence in the folks currently in place to fix it. They’re silent as guilty kids caught red handed.

This is just madness. I'm done talking and will wait to see who is coach.

I've defended Vols fans for my whole life, I remember watching my Dad yelling at the tv throughout the entire 80's. Rooting for the Vols in the military for 8 years against every fan under the sun, but with this bring Lane back stuff, yep y'all are as crazy as it gets. Short memories you all have.
