I have a question about getting around Jacksonville.

Our hotel (Hampton Inn-Riverwalk) is across the river from The Landing. What is the best way to get from the hotel to The Landing? I was looking at the Skyway Tram thing and it looks like there is a station right behind our hotel and another one a few blocks from The Landing. Is this Skyway the best way to travel to avoid parking downtown? Thanks.

take the skytram if you're just trying to get around, take the water taxi if you're in the mood for to see the city from the river and don't mind being stuffed in a boat like sardines. stay away from the buses after dark.

Interested in the ferry ride as well...........wanting to get dropped off at the Landing for Hooters and then ride this ferry hopefully to the game.......will be a lot of orange and white fans with silly looks on their face if no ferry and we have to walk lol
