He has given his all since he's arrived at UT. And he is so close to breaking the great Reggie White's sack record.

He deserves national adulation, but due to the coaching woes....he won't get it. What a travesty.

I feel bad for fans like me that inexplicably still care about Tennessee football and have to watch incompetence Saturday after Saturday.

I feel badly for the players who haven't been developed or put in better position to win. It's coaching malpractice.

Outside of Barnett the defense is like having air out there. The linebackers and secondary are horridly awful.

I blame Shoop but more importantly Butch. Out of a roster of 85 there has to be someone that can cover and tackle. Even if it's Byrd and Jennings. Play someone that wants to play. Jones is awful at evalutaing talent. I mean awful. Like doesn't have that ability. Completely inept.

It really hurt seeing Dobbs on the sidelines after that last play as well.

People have dogged the guy all season but it wasn't a lack of effort or heart from him.

All of these seniors deserved much more than what Jones and his staff provided.

Personally, I might feel more comfortable setting for a long time NEXT TO Brother White in the two seats of "Men of 32" than in a seat higher / above him and all alone, but we'll see.

Looking like Barnett will take this experience / his good work ethics forward and be just fine.

I'm with you. I watch entire games HOPING we're lucky enough for the other team to make a mistake so we can win.
