I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that if you aren't into brown nosing, you probably won't get accepted on VolNation. Most people who say something opposite of the Vol norm, with or without sources, should be prepared to be flamed. It's a sad but true story...

No it was nothing about 333 it was more to do with him and i guess him are one in the same...which is not true. the subject was bout BB, i just chimed in saying being a canes fan i have not use for him with all the drama.

Hey at least i know now, thanks for the heads up.. I really dont understand why people get so tore up if someone is not a fan of their team.. People tear my team up all the time and i dont take it personal..I dont expect fans of other teams to like the Canes but just keep it real and take out of being a homer. People who know me with my Canes know that i call them like it is good and bad but not as a homer.

For a Cane's fan, I understand that this is drama. For a Vol's fan, we've been recruiting him for a couple months and he has taken a few visits. We have the same feelings about David Oku that you have for Brown, but I definitely won't be moping if Brown is a Vol come the 16th.

IMO most Canes fans are not real college football fans. One of my best friends claims he's Canes fan, but he cant name for than two players on there team. Yet he still wears Canes hats and t shirts, etc. How many times over the years would you even see the Orange Bowl sold out?

Ok, at least you know what im talking about then. And I obviously realize thats not you, or you wouldnt be on another teams message board talking football, and recruiting. Just baffles me that a team with the tradition and history of Miami, has fans like that, and cant even sellout there own stadium, especially a conference game.

You have to understand, the City is not a great sports town for anyone and with Miami being a private school that doesnt help. The football program has never being crowds thats just the way it is. With the right coach and the talent in that city a coach do good but they have to make a choice big money at another school or talent.

it is amazing considering how bad everything else in Miami sports arent anything to write home about. with the exception of the heat a few yrs ago.

But High School football is where its at, I dont think people really understand the talen that is there. Clappy had to go, he didnt recruit Sout Fl like he should have and we are paying the price for that.

No its not, big time programs are often in cities with little to do other than football-or with a long tradition. Miami, and south florida in general, is full of transient residents. Its hard to build a huge fan base when people are moving in and out of the area all the time. Not to mention the weather!

Fau, fiu, usf, uf, um, ucf, fsu. Add to that all the talent that goes out of state...Florida is the most competitive recruiting area in the country.
