He's been here thirty years, dedicated his life to the university. He could hardly speak. Yeah, i felt sorry for him.

I felt sorry for his coaching performance for the last ten years. In retrospect, if he had placed more emphasis on the possibility that this day was coming, he might of had more success. This then would not have happened.
