He may be a very caring and considerate guy. But, this is about performance on the field and it is just not there. It is about consistency and not falling apart.

Mistakes can and do happen. I understand that but when they just kill opportunity and bring the whole team down, something has to give.

JG should remove himself. It is a team loss, but blame has to go to where it is most glaring.

When a pipe burst and water comes gushing out, you can say you had a faulty pipe. True enough. But the real problem is at the point of the leak. JG is our weak point and losses are going to keep gushing out.

He has been so bad the last 2 games with turnovers, it seems like it is the movie,( The Longest Yard). It looks like he is trying to lose the game!
we need a QB!!!
