Well, one thing for sure for me. I will NOT watch another UT game this year live. I will tape them and if, in the unlikely event, we beat a decent team, then I will watch the recording. I'm not going through 3+ hours of heart palpitations! Screw that.

Unfortunately this is not that surprising. There was no evidence when Butch was hired that he was cut out to coach at this level. He never won a game against top 25 teams even before he came to UT. What threw everyone off was that it was also unlikely he was going to be able to recruit in SEC. Since he proved everyone wrong about that people got their hopes up about his coaching as well (I know I did) but game after game it's clear him and this stuff are in over their head.

He actually had some great calls in the first half... but WHAT THE F was he thinking not going for 2??? And we played cream puff coverage all day long. Another freshman scrub looks like a Heisman qb. He talked about "10-12 plays" after the OU game, but didn't fix it. Same song, different verse. Changes need to be made.

I MIGHT give Butch another chance if he immediately fires Debord,Azzani,and Mahoney. Then hires a REAL OC and let's him run a new offense. Butch can recruit and be the face of our team but his style and his friends won't work!!!!

Defense lost this game though - not offense. Add Butch's poor game management as an assist in the loss.

I really like Butch Jones. He is enthusiastic and helped recruit good talent back to The Hill

I had a feeling we were going to lose after Florida made it a 27-21 ballgame. De-ja vu all over again. I want a coach that isn't scared to win. Butch isn't the answer. A good coach would win these type of games with the talent we have. I have absolutely no faith in this coaching staff moving forward.

You're kidding right? The coaches sphincter muscles were so tight in the 4th quarter you could see it happening. Rushing 3 lineman on the last 4th down conversion that FL scored the winning TD on? Screwing up 3 timeouts? I will say Malik Foreman is a one man game losing machine in our secondary.
