Jones is a very good MAC, OVC, Sunbelt, etc coach. He is NOT a Power 5 coach and the administration at UT needs to decide if mediocrity is the goal. If not, it is time to act.

1. If a lame duck won't act, remove the lame duck status and replace him now.
2. A march to mediocrity is still mediocre.
3. BULL$hit. It is a matter of finding one, putting a plan in place, and acting on the plan. Refer to Mike Hamilton to see what happens without planning.

No one who knows football saw progress this year. The program, in year four under Jones, took a significant step backward this year.
