In continuation with our theme of making deficient, moronic threads, I put today's debacle solely on the orange pants. What were we thinking? We should know we have not won a game with orange pants since Bill Clinton was in office.

......I suppose it wont be long till someone blames Adidas.

Then they will ask for Reebok and I will laugh heartily.

Too many players with hair hanging out of their helmet. Thats why we are losing, and it can be easily fixed.

Dooley's shirt sucked. The pants sucked.

Only thing that UT did well today was make a few big hits.

Which game did they win in orange pants?
The only win I remember with orange britches is way back when Eric Parker was on the team. We barely beat Memphis during homecoming and I specifically remember Parker almost taking a KR to the house.

Too bad we've lost a lot more in the white pants.

True, but sure have won a lot more in white pants. I like the orange pants, but when I saw them today without even thinking I said "we never win in those orange pants" and that was prior to kickoff.

Maybe the 91 Notre Dame game used up all the orange pants luck. That's what you get when you anger the catholic church.

We've hardly used the orange pants at all since Fulmer took over until last year, so it's not fair to make any kind of judgment. Add to that we've started wearing them again in a time when UT football sucks, it's definitely not fair to act like the orange pants = bad.

We're not "1-9" because then you're ignoring all the Majors years where we won several big games in them. Perhaps we should blame Fulmer for them since he's the one who got rid of them because he thought they were too "Majors".

But seriously anyone who actually thinks the pants are "cursed" needs to stop watching sports.

You can talk about uniforms all you like, but there is no excuse for the poor coaching that we have witnessed the last couple of weeks.

You can not change anything now but what we are seeing is a direct result of Hamilton not firing Fulmer after the 2005 season.
