Family Guy. I have been a hater for the longest time, but i actually sit down the past few weeks and watched some episodes. Genius. I love it. I have all the seasons saved on my netflix now.

:rock::rock::rock::rock::rock: Stewie is crazy.

Stewie was four times better when he had his evil plans, big vocabulary, and his hatred of everything. Gay Stewie isn't nearly as funny.

Welcome to the dark side CBC. Family Guy is the greatest show. As for gay stewie, I don't really know what you're talking about. He's still been killing Lois. He's always had a hint of gayness in him anyway.

Seth said he can never tell if Stewie is gay or not... the only complaint I ever really had about that show (and not that much of one actually) is he really thinks the Repub's are evil (listen to some of the commentaries on the dvd's), but I'll give him props for putting Rush in the Blue Harvest movie. You can't help but like Family Guy.

Family Guy today is what the Simpson's were in the '90s.

It's not even close. The Family Guy is a pathetic imitation that doesn't come close to being as funny or original. It's sad, but I, or any other VN member, could write an entire season of Family Guy in a couple of hours.

The South Park episodes that send up Family Guy explain the writing perfectly.

How is Family guy not original? It's making fun of pop culture. It has to make fun of things already done, but it does it originally. Family Guy spins things you or I could never think of. The Simpsons is so boring and bland. If you have a bland sense of humor, you will enjoy the Simpsons.

As for South Park, I watch it, but don't think it's better than Family Guy. It's not all that humorous to do nothing but make fun gays, lesbians, satan, and jesus. Sure family guy has done these things but in moderation. Every show is something about one of these things or jews or something.

I am both a south park and a family guy fan. that being said, south park is much better.

That's your opinion and no matter how wrong your opinion is, I support your right to have an opinion.

I like family guy, but Quagmire isn't really funny, and the musical numbers are downright annoying in their length.

I think they made that recent episode so they could stop all thoughts of Stewie being evil anymore. Stewie is much less evil...

Old Stewie
"When the world is mine, your death shall be quick and painless."

New Stewie
"Violate me with a wine bottle"

Family Guy's first 2 seasons were some of the funniest things I have ever seen. Right now, I think South Park is a little better than the new family guy episodes. South Park goes the farthest though... Nothing more horribly politically incorrect (or as funny) as Cartman walking down the street chanting "Wir mussen die juden ausrotten."

As far as the series go, the best cartoon is the Simpsons, although should have stopped making new episodes a few years ago.
