It says a lot about a team that fights as hard as they do when they are down

Got so much respect for those guys

This is exactly how i feel, yes it was a loss but I'm not even upset.

I'm also starting to think we are one of the best conditioned teams in the country. That and our players have troubles translating film into real game situations. Thats why we always seem to start slow and then suddenly become the dominate team. Once they can put what they saw in film to what they are actually seeing on the field they stop acting like a struggling team and turn into one of the best in the country and the conditioning means they are just as fresh late in the fourth as they were to start the game while the other team withers away.

I can't be mad either. Obviously, the turnovers hurt. But the injury situation is crazy. FWIW, I think the today's turnover situation was fueled in part by our injuries. And you know their big plays were.

I don't believe in excuses. That said, I think you'd have to be an idiot to deny this team's heart and what they our doing with so many key players injured.

GBO!

I am not unhappy at all as they made a game of a game they should have been blown out in. 7 turnovers and still double overtime? Sure it was ugly but character was in full display.

Still in the driver's seat for the East. And if this team can ever eliminate (or just reduce) the self-inflicted wounds, they can beat anybody.

I couldn't be less not mad. So proud of this team for being competitive to the end.

It really warms my heart to come on here and see that so many other Vol fans took the same thing away from that game as I did.

I'm not a moral victory kind of guy, but given the success against Florida and Georgia, and the rash of injuries, that is the first acceptable loss I have seen in 30 years of watching Tennessee football. We have a damned good team.

If we can get some players back this week and beat Bama, I suspect we'll have another crack at TAMU in Atlanta.

Feel the exact same way. To go on the road and force two OTs vs the number 8 team in the country despite 7 turnovers, a ton of penalties and even more injuries is nothing short of remarkable. Kudos to the players and coaching staff, starting with Butch Jones.

I'm not mad either which surprises me. The turnovers got to be ridiculous but I remain calm.

It appears Bama is fumble prone too tonight. If we can clean up those boneheaded mistakes and get somewhat healthy, we can beat em.

I am proud to be a VOL. We can't hang our heads at all. A&M were lucky to get out of there with a W. There were some questionable officiating calls and clock management by the time keeper, but that's was home field advantage. We are a very good team. Its officially Bama week. Lets kick those hicks tooth in.
