I would say:
1) Raise age to 21- Voting and Military entry
2) Ban bump stocks- Why
3) Ban magazines over 10 rounds (except for law enforcement)- So you are for a police state
4) Allow lawsuits against purchasers of guns that are stolen and then used to commit violence.- Negative
5) Allow purchasers to obtain insurance for # 4.- This already exists
6) Allow states to mandate # 5 if they so choose.-Negative
7) Require background checks for all firearms purchases.- Meh
8) Increase presence of SROs on school campuses.- OK
9) Allow states to require metal detectors at schools and public entertainment venues if they so choose.- OK
10) Allow law enforcement to file petitions for seizure of firearms from those considered a threat to themselves or others, with a hearing to be held within 72 hours to determine whether the seizure is justified and to be continued.- Negative

The most effective ways to prevent gun violence are exactly the steps which were completely ignored by authorities in Parkland. Lets start there.
