This is Kevin Steele's record at Baylor as a head coach
I think I'll pass on him

W L
19 99 Baylor 1 10 0 .091 -15.97 1.21
2000 Baylor 2 9 0 .182 -11.48 4.71
2001 Baylor 3 8 0 .273 -6.84 2.25
2002 Baylor 3 9 0

So glad to know that you’re a bad coach in today’s world from things that happened over 15 years ago.

The holier than thou crowd is almost as bad as the Butch Apologists.

If we were to get Tee I wonder if he would bring their own line coach he's been pretty good, develops players put players in Pros and a pretty good recruiter. I actually read an article that states if Brohm was hired he would bring that guy apparently they have history together.

I think his name is. Neil calloway.

Les HC
Tee OC/QB
Jay Graham RB
Witten WR
Kacy Rodgers DC
Dale Jones or Kevin Simon LB
Terry Fair CB
Wilhoit Special Teams

All but Witten have coaching experience and yes I know Les isn't a VFL, but he does have a ton of experience in the SEC and besides I can't think of anyone that's a VFL that I would hire as the HC right now. Tee isn't ready and I don't want Steele as the HC.

Gillespie over Graham at RB coach
