play follow the leader....killing journalists can be overlooked, hiring prostitutes should then be easily overlooked !

IMHO....A "one-minute call made from the University-issued phone of Ole Miss football coach Hugh Freeze to a number associated with a female escort service" should not have legs a year later regardless if the man is hired at UT or not. I believed a lot of what he said when attending The Touchdown club back in September.

Huge Freeze in Memphis...." I think anybody that’s made a poor choice or mistake or a failure of any kind, at some point you’ve got to pickup and move on. There’s still people that count on you to be who you really are. One thing, one mistake, one decision doesn’t define you."

My faith tells me to forgive and will simply wait for Coach Pruitt to bring us a knockout OC !

Where did I say I'm perfect or have made zero mistakes? I've seen a buttload of people on here justifying a potential Freeze hire w/ Christian values as the main reason. I call complete BS on that, they just want him cause they think he'll help them win games but seem scared to admit it for whatever reason. I've seen a lot of people like Freeze before and they're all scumbags who use religion as their shield, but hey why not cause a lot of jokers fall for it every time.

As for Mrs. Freeze if she can put up with what he's put her through then more power to her.
Could you provide some examples of these buttloads? Some quotes, etc.... i have not seen or heard this

But you can't prove either way. In today's culture, there have been tons of famous names accused that turned out false and tons in college athletics. I didn't want Schiano because he was a horrible coach. But to sit and use the "if there is even one ounce of truth" is the biggest copout I have ever heard. There was plenty of investigating it from all levels of law enforcement. Claiming that heresay testimony is why he shouldn't get a job is laughable at best.
And your defense of this guy is reprehensible. You can't prove that he didn't act to cover up.

When did Hugh Freeze kill a journalist?

Sounds like a great story.

There are certain things in life your name cannot be associated with, even if you are innocent. Child rape or the coverup of child rape is at the top of that list. I have no idea if he knew or didn’t know what was going on, but he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Certain things society is willing to look past after a length of time. Freeze is involved in the latter. Is it fair? Maybe not, but it’s how society works. That and Schiano was a horrible hire at the time.

I’m not defending the guy anywhere. But nice try. He’s a horrible coach and rightfully wasn’t qualified for UT. Saying he is 10000% unqualified for the job based on heresay and making that the only reason to be against him is pure stupidity. Let me guess, you believe Dr. Ford’s allegations 100% vs Kavanaugh? Because there is no having it both ways or riding the fence.
