I can see it going both ways. 1. Come back so he can be the featured back. 2. He's proven he's a great all-purpose back so might as well get paid.

I don't know, man.

Just seems like he has real potential to be a first round pick with a year as the feature back whereas if he goes this year a 2nd round pick is the best he can hope for.

Barnett, Hurd, Kamara all early casualties. Barnett because he's just that good. Hurd and Kamara because they're RB's and projected top 3 rounds.

I think he just made himself a lot more money last Saturday when he enters the 2017 draft.

Hurd being out against A&M was the best thing to happen for AK, got to get a lot more touches and balled out 300 all purpose yards against a top 10 defense.... NFL teams have taken notice. I think he will be used like a L. McCoy.

ATP, what other RB is better that Alvin? I know Nick Chubb and Leonard Fournette when healthy but who else?

Kamara and Hurd are both early to mid third rounders this year ..too many other good RBs in the mix ..Chubb, Fournette, Perine, Dalvin Cook, Christian McCaffery, Royce Freeman etc.

It would suck losing them but I would still want them to go ..get paid and not risk injury ..

It will be interesting to see what happens with these two, although I think they will likely both leave this is a stacked RB class. In no particular order all of these backs could be in the draft:
-Fournette
-Dalvin Cook
-Nick Chubb
-Christian McCaffrey
-Gallman
-Perine
-Sony Michel

I'm sure I'm missing some, but there is some serious talent in there. Honestly I think Kamara could end up being a 1st round pick if he was the feature back for a year and was in the 2018 draft...but I don't expect that to happen.

Hurd and Kamara will both be first rounders.

First RB teammates to go in the first round since Darren McFadden and Felix Jones.

Difference is both Hurd and Kamara will be stars in the NFL instead of busts like McFadden and Felix Jones.

LOL of you think Chubb, Perine, McCaffrey, and Freeman get drafted before them.

Only Fournette and Cook will be picked before Hurd and Kamara.
