Hyatt's 86 yards most by a Tennessee true freshman since 2015

Don’t have a QB that can throw the ball accurately consistently over 5 yards.

JG throws a beautiful fade...look at those two TDs against Georgia. It’s probably the only route he throws that doesn’t frequently end badly...I think we should move on to a new QB but JG does do a couple of things well...his fatal flaw in my opinion is that he just can’t process the game in real time so he takes sacks, throws late, waits too long to run, etc.

Are you referring to the 5 star WR that is now a member of the Dolphins? That Preston Williams ?

I think many might disagree , but that 2015 team was probably one of the best teams we’ve had in a long time. Better than 2016 for sure. Could’ve been 11-1.

Congrats J Hyatt. I’m really excited about where he’s going with our team.

Nope. No trenches.

He’s the only receiver we have who has been able to Consistently get any separation from the defender....Definitely needs to be in on more snaps to pull the other teams fastest/best cover guy...add In a TE who is a threat and all the receivers will be easier targets for the QB
Palmer?

Anyone know who the freshman was in 2015? I looked it up but figured I'd let you guys guess.

Preston Williams had 3 catches for 98 yards and 2 touchdowns against Western Carolina.

If we want to win games, Hyatt will break every Freshman receiving record on the books. He is extra special. I would like to see him and Holiday run go routes on every play to open up the rest of the field for all the other offensive plays. If they play man defense, both of those Freshmen receivers will be wide open. We have speed to kill and we need to start killing defenses.

I don't know but he was close to a 150 yard day against the number 2 team in the country. He should have been in there a lot more than we have seen him so far this season. He stepped out or was ruled out which cost him 30 or 40 yards and he was interferred with which drew a 10 yd pass interference penalty - ( don't ask me why they only marked off ten yards ) where he would have again beat the Alabama defender for a long touchdown. At least I think that was him. He's good to great, we are not, he needs to be in there most of the time. Not only can he get seperation, he was amazing at adjusting to the ball and making the catch - he appears to be the real deal. Of course, i don't know how he practices - so might need to sit him. :)

Hyatt needs to be out there, why they don't play him more is beyond me. Like Doug Matthews said not having Hyatt on the field the majority of the time is insanity! It's apparent he is our fastest playmaker on our team and he catches the dang ball. Too much kids gloving with our younger players, Hyatt is the number 1 example. He is too much of a big play threat to be on the sidelines and us throwing 5 yard screens that go nowhere. GBO!

If he's not starting the rest of the season, I will just simply not understand
If Hyatt isn't out there it's a TRAVESTY! Good gracious Ray Charles would ask why Hyatt isn't starting and playing a ton more. Palmer and Hyatt need to be out there together and then Johnson. Keep them out there together for awhile instead of running in unproductive recievers out there. Tillman and Keyton need to earn the playing time, Hyatt,Palmer and Johnson are our best recievers, keep them out there the majority of the time. GBO!!!!

Dude is a baller. Now if he can only have a quarterback that can consistently get him the ball.
