I never said we wasn’t trying nor did insinuate it. What I am saying is there can only be 1 team to win the championship and Bama, LSU and Clemson have won most of them in last 15 years. And we have hired a coach today that has a winning record and has coached Sam Bradford, Baker Mayfield, and Drew Lock as a QB coach and OC. Bradford and Mayfield both won Heisman and Lock and Mayfield currently starting QB’s in NFL. CJH offense has averaged over 42 points a game while at UCF and while ad OC he has experience in beating Bama and Florida. I believe it was CJH offense that hung 50 on us when he was OC for Missouri and hung 45 on Florida in same year as OC and is 27-6 as a HC. As a player he won a National title as a player as starting QB for Oklahoma and coached under Bob Stoops. Let’s give this man an chance and let’s stand behind him for wanting the job when no one else wanted it. He had walked into a mess snd most likely getting sanctions from the NCAA. The UT job is currently the hardest job in the country right considering everything that has recently happened.
