Let's see you or even the best RB in the country try & run with this OL. It's hard to run when there is absolutely no holes to run thru. What's he supposed to do? Turn into Bionic Man & make his own gaping holes? LOL!

He runs hard, because he has too. Not much wiggle room for him this year or any year for that matter. This offense doesn't fit him is a better way of putting it. Oline fire off the ball and give him a lead blocker, he'd destroy someone if he made to the second level. Sadly it's 3rd and foot and there is Dobbs in the gun and Hurd 7 yards deep. I just don't get this offensive philosophy.

Uh, it's probably more like the offense isn't being suited to him at this point. Also, I actually think we need to involve him MUCH more as a receiver.

My vote is to raise the "post count" and or tie it to the "Join Date" as a deciding factor before allowing members to start a thread.

Maybe we can have a delete button in addition to a like button. If enough members hit delete, then it goes away.

I can't agree more with OP. Hurd is very close to becoming the all time leading rusher in school history so this post makes tons of sense.

He got over 1200 yards last year in this offense ,so how the hell does he not fit. Last I checked you need some of them 300 pounders to get there butts in gear and get with the program and quit reading their pre-season press clippings.
