I'm sorry and I've been biting my tongue for a while but his vision is not good, and all three games this far minus a select few occasions he goes down without much of a fight for ~2 yards.

I think he's the wrong kind of back for this offense. I think he'd dominate in a real pro-style.

He is the only back I see that has 2-3 guys on his back every carry... would be nice to see him break free once.

I would like to see what he could do if he was working with a mediocre line. The bunch he's playing with now are nowhere near that good.

No he's not.

This is a stupid scheme, because its predictable and lazy minded.

Hurd is probably one of the best athletes we've ever recruited.

Do you not see how often he gets hit before the play develops? That shiy gets old!!! It physically takes a toll and pisses you off as a player.

It would be nice if we'd give him the ball when he has a head of steam up instead of standing still and additionally as a stretch goal it would be nice if first contact wasn't three yards deep in our backfield

Well look at it this way...his numbers this year doesnt bode well for him high in the draft. He would be better off to stay for another 12.

Really?? Vanilla play calling and an oline that isn't creating lanes. Hurd isn't the problem. The only time he breaks a big run is when he breaks multiple tackles.

Its a stupid offense, I wouldn't put this on Hurd. Just listen to anybody in the league talk about how much they hate running out of the gun.

Really, OP? Have you seen the blocking of the O-line this year? No one could do much more than what Hurd has with that group ahead of him.

OP you're insane. Hurd is incredible. Too bad he has a sorry ass oline that can't block to save their lives.

Have you ever watched football? You are crazy, he is a beast playing. His coaching staff can not call a play that compliments his ability. You line up in an I formation with an extra blocker and let beast mode part two began. Every player under Dooley and Butch have been wasted. We have an admin department issue. Hope the next guy comes in and cleans house. Send a blank check to Houston, Louisville, Washington St, Art Briles, and Jim Tressel. First to cash gets a free jet ride to Knoxville.

Saying he is over rated is not synonymous with blaming him for offensive woes FFS. But he has not lived up to the hype this year, plain and simple, and a major problem with him is his vision.

You're crazy. Running backs need space to gain speed before they break tackles. There are guys in the backfield on every play. This line doesn't play as a unit. They tip toe around and get blown up. Even when they do open holes, the cut back lanes are filled with linebackers because there is no leading blocker. What happens when Hurd and Kamara are on the field at the same time? They get yards. It's the line and the offensive scheme/style/philosophy.
