Didn't catch the location but heard that Kiffin and Coach "O" showed up somewhere on the recruiting trail via helicopter

No major news but I got a kick out of that. I love our coaching staff!

Not a whole lot different when Chizik visitied those recruits in a stretch limo last year. Some people on other sites are bashing CLK, but they didn't say much about Chizik. Just shows to go you that the rest of the conference is afraid of CLK.

Chopper isn't near as corny as a limo. At least if clk came off as being corny he could always say he only used it to get around to a bunch of games in atl in a short period of time, if they had driven they might have been able to get one game in.

Unfortunately it was not an "APACHE" it was a gay "TC" model Magnum PI chopter... Dang he missed a great opportunity to really drive home the point. Doesn't Oak Ridge have at least one Attack Helicopter that could be spared ???

One thing for sure, if those recruits weren't talking TN before K & O arrived they sure will be afterwards. And they will be recounting the story for the rest of their lives.

If you'd ever tried to drive anywhere around Atlanta on a Friday evening, you would understand why he took the helicopter. Really the only way to get in and out of the area in under 3 hours.
