Hulu Live and blackouts and thoughts...

I've been using hulu TV for 2 months, but I'd add the that I have fiber internet which I feel makes a huge difference with streaming.
I have Hulu through Amazon Fire. I have changed modems three times and yet Fire/Hulu still buffers way too often. Must be the Fire/Hulu over standard cable.

I ditched cable earlier this year. After looking through all the options I found that, if you are into both college and pro football, PS Vue is the best deal (the $45 dollar package). You can add red zone to it for $10. I bought that and put an antennae in the attic. I'm saving over $1600 / year

Got it, thanks. Did a little research but it doesn't look like anything around my area.

Fiber would be ideal. But I run adsl currently until better tech comes near me(vdsl or fiber). Get a router that allows you to set which devices get the most bandwidth in your house. Like a night hawk. Most ISP's want you to think faster is better... Not always true.

Anyone have experience with Hulu Live? Looks to be the answer to cutting the cord but worried about local sports being blacked out? Over all what are your thoughts?

I cut the cable about 3 months ago for Play Station Vue that I run through an Amazon Fire Stick. I am very happy with the quality so far and its saving me over $100 a month.

My direct tv has 6 months left on the contract. I had it suspended until July, then I'll finish it out for football season then I'll be done with cable.

I use Directtv NOW app for my firestick and it works like a charm...Only $50.00 a month and I use the ESPN app for everything else....Plus there are other apps out there that pretty much give you FREE cable like Freeflix HQ...Outstanding channels selection and even carry all the Pac10 networks as well.
