Can we get him?! Look at what this guy has been freakin doing this season, and so far today w the talent they have at ole miss. They r beatin GA by 10 right now. But give fooley more time right?!?!

Doesn't matter. His job wasn't nearly as hard as Dooley's. Dooley had the worse rebuilding job since the Marshall disaster.

We can't match Ole Miss in money, instate recruiting, facilities, prestige, national awareness, wins, etc...

not a big enough hire, IMO, and he would never leave ole miss. that is his dream school.

do you just turn your TV on and see a team with a first quarter lead, and throw his name out there for Head Coach at UT..... COM' ON MAN..... Hugh Freeze

I was throwin a little sarcasm on this post- I know we need a big time hire- just showing what an actual legit coach can do with sub average sec talent. Ole miss would take us to the woodshed this year. Is this year 0 or 1 according to Dooley? I forget?

5-3 with wins against UTEP, Central Arkansas, Tulane, Auburn and Arkansas. I don't see anything special about that.

Come on man, no dipshi?! I see that they out scored Bama in the second half and played them closer than us, lost to tex am in final seconds on a freak play( they would kill us) and they beat Ark and Aub ( more sec wins than us) and are playing GA tougher than we did the first half ---- all with supposedly HALF THE TALENT/ ATHLETES THAT WE DO.... Do yur homework

Hugh Freeze is doing a nice job at Ole Miss, and he got Arkansas State to 12 wins last year, I don't know if he'd be the best hire but he'd be a 200% upgrade over what we have now.

Would be another Dooley hire IMO.... Not a big enough hire and are we really at the level to where we have to look at stealing a coach from ole miss? I think not. He is from Oxford i think that would keep him there by itself.

I have very close family ties to Hugh Freeze. He was even at thanksgiving at my grandmothers last year. He would never coach the Vols, and Ole Miss is and will remain his dream job. He wants to be there for 30 years, and become their next "Johnny Vault". He grew up an Ole Miss fan

I see you conveniently left out that 61-33 whooping put on them by Texas. The combined record of the teams that they have beat is 9-25 if you don't count central Arkansas. So, do your homework my friend.

Ole Miss hasn't beaten anyone; the good teams they've played they've lost to.

So I see nothing to suggest he'd be a big enough upgrade.
