I do not understand all the “UT is going to screw this up” posts. Assuming we offered Freeze and other good candidates the job, at a competitive salary, what else can the university do? We can’t force someone to take the job. Despite what a lot of our fan base thinks, coaching at UT may not be as attractive as other places, for numerous reasons. This whole OC search may just be further evidence of that. I am hopeful that Pruitt will ultimately hire a good coordinator, but it may not be the rock star that Volnation is clamoring for.

The way you have acted in this forum is not a personality that would be good enough friends with Al Wilson to have him on constant speed text earbanging him about the OC search. I have been around college/professional athletes for the last 15 years and I can tell you what type of people they hang out with and whether they would even be interested in talking this much about it. I’m trying not to be mean, but now I believe you’re just being a dishonest person and that irritates me.
