It would be odd to trust it at this point. I mean, your source was completely wrong about it being a done deal and announced at the SECCG. Then again about it being done Sunday night.

No kidding it is always a money thing with Sexton and it is always the norm if he is the agent for any coach....this is predictable...from day 1....doesn't take anything to figure that out...

What bothers me about your posts is that they are predictable and you take the fans here as fools.....

Freeze will be a HC again somewhere and in theory that sounds like the quickest route moreso at AU than FSU in the immediate future. But I don't think being on the staff makes that much difference. If he's good enough to be hired by either in the next 2 years, that can be done just as easily if he's not a part of that ship when it goes down.

Why such a victim complex? You will get no credit from me or anyone here because you made a claim that it was happening Saturday night, it didnt happen, and now you're just throwing out vague "I think the ball gets rolling soon" so that when/if it happens you can claim you're genius and iNSiDe sOUrces, when in reality you're no one special when it comes to this. Its honestly not intended to be mean, just the truth man.

Lol, I honestly don’t care if he is right or not. Don’t know why anyone else does either. If he is awesome. If he isn’t oh well. The coaching search and hire are going to continue on either way.

I agree with a lot of that. But it wouldn't hurt his rep to polish some of the ugly off his resume.

I think being on the staff that gets a HC fired might work against more than be a reason to promote.

Now if a HC retires, being on staff might be an advantage.

How many interim coaches get the permanent gig?

I do not have any inside info, but it appears the Freeze hire is possibly being blocked because of allegations against Hugh Freeze during his tenure at Briarcrest High where he served as a girls’ basketball coach, among other positions...

At Briarcrest Christian School, Hugh Freeze's legacy is everywhere
