I had to break up a fight, and the kid said i grabbed him by the neck and lifted him off the ground and held him against a wall. The parents believed him. It didn't go anywhere besides a meeting with them and the principle. Everyone in the class saw what happen so I was cleared. This was while I was teaching in a middle school.
