Unfortunately Hamilton does not have as much control over this situation as everyone thinks. I believe there are a few top dollar boosters who love Fulmer and will bring what they can to the table to see him stay a few more years.

As I said last week, those minions are dwindling. There is great unrest amongst even the "top-dogs" in K-town. I don't want to get into the "sources" debate, but I wouldn't post such without some reasonable knowledge.

Fulmer's contract GUARANTEES him an extension if he wins 8 games.

Not that UT will do this, but just because he might get an extension for 8 wins doesnt mean the university cant turn around and by the contract out. It just means he has another year of contract to add to the buyout.
