How will the South Carolina game go?

I think we definitely move up and down the field, but Cocky is #7 in Red Zone D, throw in some fumble-itis and we might have a 7-10 point game.

I have to wait and see what our injury situation is. With unprecedented injuries and with the line-up we HAD to play, especially in the second half against Bama, might struggle mightily even at S. Carolina. BUT if we can get 50% of those guys back and build a little depth for the game then I would say we should win by a nice margin....all depends on the health of the team...

I see it one of two ways:

1. We play like we did vs App St. and Ohio. Struggle, and only win by one score or even lose and end up right where we were last year. (Literally- see 2015 USCe game)

2. We come out pissed and (relative to our situation) healthy. We blow the doors off of South Carolina at their house and get our momentum back to run the table to finish off the year.

Which one do you guys think happens?

We will run the table and take names along the way.

Their defense is playing well enough to keep our score lower than most would be happy to see when playing a 2-4 team, but their offense is bad enough that they will not be capable of making anything out of it.

I think at the end of next Saturday we are 6-2. Then one of two things are certain to happen.

1. Either, volnation will be complaining that we were lucky as crap, coaches need to be fired. Peyton is the new ad and chip kelly is the new oc.

Or 2. At 6-2, and a win over a solid USC team he are well on our way to the playoffs.

Huh?

Both this game and the Mizzou game make me nervous. We have way more talent, even with the injuries, but I could see either of those teams playing harder than UT and getting the upset. I think we will lose one more game this season.

There's no reason to be nervous about Missouri.

Their defense gives up 400 or more yards to every FBS level team they play and their offense isn't good enough to work successfully against the better defenses.

We're gonna take a #2 on USCe. We get players back, were rested and were pizzed off. John Kelly blows up muchamps defensive scheme and a big day for Jennings and Malone. Barnett's hungry!

Don't like to make many predictions but I think this goes very bad for S Carolina.

A healthy OLine and a determined Vol team should put up more points than SCar is capable of matching.

The competition is truly inferior from here. I think you see the vols of early September. Just don't think they play anyone good enough to pull an upset even wth poor play.

Muschump will have them fired up because its UT, but we shouldn't have any trouble.. If our O line is truly back by then, you will see some Dobbs runs and by the 4th quarter we will flex and win by a descent margin, resting folks for the remainder of the 4th.

The Vols get healed up over the bye week then travel to South Carolina and win by 14+.
I'll be rooting hard for y'all!

It will be a close game. They don't seem to get blown out at their place. Plus, like UGA, we just seem to have close games with SC.
