How will a Chaney hire affect recruiting?

Any recruit that looks into Chaney's past will see balanced prolific offenses (elite skill players should be quite a bit more interested). That should blend well with Friend's reputation as a great OL coach and developer (we're already seeing his impact on OL recruiting).

If he sticks with what he's run all his career, 2020 and future skill position recruits will see how they will fit into an offense with Bailey and Gray (IMO that means we get a lot more interest from top WRs & TEs seeing Chaney's past in Knoxville with Cordarelle, Justin Hunter, Darick Rogers, and Mychal Rivera).

Rusty didnt say he would open back up he just said he didnt know what kind of relationship they had because Chaney didnt recruit him
Rusty said that he did not know what would happen with HB because Chaney didn't recruit him hard. The implication was clear. I understand whyan OC with Eason/Fromm/Fields wouldn't spend a lot of energy elsewhere. Hopefully, nobody's feels got hurt.
