7-6 in the big 12 and beating 2 teams with a winning record is as mediocre as you can get. And being ranked in the 100's in total defense makes you mediocre at best.

This is going to be a tough start for CJP, particularly if the o-line is thin/unhealthy. WV will score some points.....maybe lots. UT is gonna have to find a way to keep up in a possible boat race.

I am pleasantly surprised when we win any game against any team now. Currently we are the 2nd or 3 rd best program in the state. The program is in shambles, no bowl double digit loss to Vanderbilt. I will be watching but dreading every TV announcers/commentators recap of the last coaching search. Whatever happens this season I accept and move on.

New weak offense with poor offensive line, very poor secondary, good coaching vs
West Virginia very strong offense...Looks like a West Virginia win something like 37-17.
Same bat channel, same bat station as last year in terms of wins against good teams. The season will be determined by the outcome of Florida game. Could be near the same season as last year despite very good coaches due to Butch Jones player legacy..

Yep. Too many around here are accepting mediocrity. WVU isnt a good team.

If yall expect us to lose by 30 then we have the wrong coach.
