The same could be said of the Obama administration, the barrier is being constructed at the present time and will continue to be built. Rinos are obstructionist and with the BS Russia investigation it’s a miracle as much of his agenda has been accomplished.

Republicans don't participate in a hive mind like Democrats (recall the NPC memes that got shutdown by Twitter and facecuck because they hit home) so that means that Republicans don't always agree with party leadership. Also, the media is for Democrat ideas and against Republican ideas so that has an effect as well.

Between threatening to eventually completely close off the border and offering to move immigrants who get here before then to places where they will be safe from deportation, he’s essentially encouraging everybody who has ever thought of crossing our southern border to come on up.

I read recently that the same thing happened in Florida when Obama started talking about normalizing relations with Cuba. At the time there was wet foot dry foot policy of “if you get here, you can stay.” When Obama started talking about that people left Cuba in droves because they saw their window of opportunity closing.

Now CBP is overwhelmed because central and South Americans see their opportunity to migrate here closing.

Trump is doing the opposite of fixing the problem. I think he wants there to be a problem. It’s how he gets campaign donations and votes.

Nobody is scared of immigration my god. What I don’t want is people here illegally mooching off my tax dollars, committing crimes, etc. These things are preventable and if the libtards want them here and want to obstruct every rational proposal they can have them while we build a wall to keep as many as possible out.

That’s what I don’t understand. The media and Dems do that all the time. It’s like the wind farm comments. If you watch the video you can easily tell he isn’t serious. The cancer statement related to wind farms has been horribly twisted. The media says that Trump said wind farms cause cancer when that isn’t at all what he said. He said “they say the noise causes cancer”. They say, THEY, but for some reason it is distorted in headlines to make it seem as if Trump said the noise causes cancer. And he wasn’t even being serious anyway! But the media knows we live in a headline world where society often judges simply off the headlines so they twist the headlines to fit the narrative.
