Amen.
I never had anything against SC. I don't care about their coach , but my dislike for Alabama is greater than what he did in his one year here. Don't get me wrong , I will never forget what happend , but I'm over it. Been over it for awhile. Most of you need to let it go.
I hate everything about the color crimson. I hate elephants. I hate anything and everything about Bama: the state, the fans, the trees, the air- everything.
He's killing it recruiting and has them primed for a shot at the National Championship all while major scholarship losses, a 2 year bowl ban, Jrs and Srs being allowed to transfer, and a 2 year bowl ban that he's been fighting.
Besides, those that fuss the most about Kiffin can't for one second pretend that they wouldn't do the same thing in the same situation if UT came calling. The main thing I didn't like was Orgeron calling our recruits. But, I'm over that, too.
I agree. Auburn gets it too for being in the same state as Tuscaloosa.
So, you're saying what he's facing is almost as bad as what Dooley's facing? I mean, it's no Marshall tragedy.
I didn't like what Orgeron did either, but to be honest, had Tennessee hired him two weeks before signing day, I would want him to go out and get the best for Tennessee.
That's the thing. We aren't competitive. The teams we hate are competitive. Not sure why we should suddenly have their back come bowl season or when they play out of cenference. The only thing a victory for that team helps is themselves. We don't get some huge recruiting advantage because Alabama and LSU played for the national title or a random SEC team wins some big ooc game. The more they start to lose and the more we start winning will be better for Tennessee than anything else because the more everyone else wins, the less attention UT gets from media and recruits.

Am I reading this right? You'd be ok with UT never winning another title as long as Bama and UF didn't either? I'd rather let UF and Bama win 2 apiece if we can just win one...thats how bad I want one. Your idea seems pretty ill-conceived.

Tennessee looks better when we are competitive in the worlds best conference. Which is better: Win 9 games playing in the best conference, or win 9 games playing in the worst conference?
id rather win 13 in a bad conference (fill in ACC, Big Least, etc) and have a natnl title than win 9 in the SEC, but that may just be me
