No need to think or worry about, Tennessee's big 3 SEC games this season or next. Beat downs, losses to say the least.

Knowledgeable football people knew Miami was no match physically with Alabama. Not sure Miami is any good less the QB.

Perhaps we'll show massive improvement when we play Pitt. If we do, Bama beats us this year but we give them a ball game. If the same team shows up for Bama that played BGSU, Bama calls off the dogs at the half up 45 at least and we don't even give them a ball game.

Well i may be a little drunk, but i am home. Hopefully we beat Pitt and show something that makes me feel a little better about the rest of the season

Eastern Illinois is OVC. Missouri was in a 1 score game with 2 min left, La-Monroe is a bad Sun Belt team. Those games are winnable or can be lost. It will be decided on game day. Not before.

This is Alabama's NCAA. The rest of us just get to watch and be sacrificial lambs to their team.

As much as I hate to type that, Alabama is just at another level and I see no schools in the NCAA who will even give them a game. They are just another level this year....

We just need to refocus our goals for this game....I'll be playing "can we get more rushing yards than Alabama gets points". That is my betting line.

How should we fare against Bama after seeing Miami get put down? Are we going to be able to have a good showing?

You might have sucker-punched yourself with this question. "How should we fare against Bama after seeing Miami get put down?" We should be in position to beat them, the real question is, will we? Well…, all I know is that when it comes to CFB.

Based on the Vols besting Bamas margin of victory this weekend, I am moving Bama into the win column for the Vols.

I think beat Pitt, TT, MisOU USC, SA, & Vandy. The upset of the year for us could be Florida.

Still a lot of season to be played between now and the Third (Fourth?) Saturday in October.

Either us or the Tide could lose key players to injury or COVID quarantine in that time-frame.

Alabama looked unbeatable against Miami, but Saban also did have the entire off-season to scheme and game-plan for that matchup.

I think we will be decently competitive against them, but will still lose by double-digits.

After the first week of the season, I see Bama as the only sure-fire loss. We play Florida after they play the Tide, and I think we could sneak up on them. UGA has a great defense and talent everywhere, but that offense needs work. Even we may have managed at least one offensive TD against Clemson. Our talent exceeds SC, UK, & Mizzou, and I never count us out of those games. We’ll see if Ole Miss’ defense has improved this season.

Of course, all my optimism may come crashing down this Saturday, but we’ll see.

So many people on here are infatuated with Bama. How many more threads are going to be started about them? I would understand if it was the third Saturday but we have Pitt next. If you want to know more about Bama then go to their site.
They work for Nick
