Guys as I've said time and time again what r u satisfied with? This is the absolute weakest the sec east has been ever period. We struggled to beat a subpar fl and had a miracle to beat a weak ga team. We lucked out against appy st and va tech via timely turnovers this is year 4 and we see same mistakes over and over. While I will say butch has improved the program greatly talent wise it's obvious he does not have what it Takes. If we as a fan base wanna accept 8 to 9 wins a year and take a beat down by the elite then butch is our man. Otherwise writing is on the wall

I'm not sure he quit. Looked like he bit on the WR slowing down and he looked back for the ball at the same time the WR sped back up.

That DB also intercepted the ball the previous possession so maybe you might want to cut him a little slack.

Hoooooolyyyyy ****!!! I Didn't return to this forum until Florida weekend because I didn't want to hear all the negativity about W's. I'm not sure what "tired of all these call out posts" mean because I haven't noticed them.

Let's get this straight. I LOOOOOOVE BJ and was the only person I knew who actually liked the initial hire. Yeah he pisses me off by not listening to my advice as I scream at my tv. I got so mad when we lost to Fla at home two years ago, leaving the stadium I screamed **** Florida! Then threw my wallet into the river like an idiot. Do I want the coach that has brought us back into the limelight with consistency and discipline gone? HELL NO!

If I was calling ANYONE out, its you couch generals who act like your try out for the JV squad makes you The General incarnate. I'm not the only one doing it. In case you missed last weeks gameday Herbstreit called out our entire fan base for not being behind this team.

If you got a problem with our staff, go pull your teeth out with pliers, marry your sister/brother and start wearing Crimson.

butch gets 2 weeks at least. the conservative playing calling after foremans' int put us in that position. we MUST WIN 1 of the next 2.

So, we have improved our win total in each of the last three years. We look like we are going to win AT LEAST ten games this season (even if we lose the next two games to TAMU and Alabama)...and some of you are still saying that you're not sure if you're behind Jones?

Really....do yourself a favor and go be a Crimson Turd fan.

Right now, Butch is WELL ahead of the trajectory that Johnny Majors was on after he took over a bottomed out Tennessee program in the mid 70s. Fulmer just got to win immediately because of the 15 years of foundational work that Majors had done.

If Butch starts winning 9 or 10 or 11 games every season, will you want to run him off like Georgia did with Richt?

I swear, some people are never satisfied.

Hopefully Tennessee wins at least one of the next 2 games. If they are at least competitive in the next 2 then things will be fine. Get blown out or if a loss happens where it shouldn't. (Missouri/south Carolina ) fans will turn on butch real quick.

How much time did he "buy"? We better worry about how long he will stay with us because the offers will come.
This is just delusional - we are freakin' 5-0. Anyone remember pre-Butch years when we were searching to see if there were 6 games we could possibly somehow win to get to a bowl game ? And I remember one year I was hoping we would lose to Vandy (and we did) so that the season would mercifully be over.

How much time did he buy? SMDH
