How much more can Hype do to get Milton right?

Hypnotize him or do something to get his head out of the clouds. The lack of situational awareness with 3 seconds left in the game showed that Milton did not have his head in the game. From the interviews and things I have seen, he does seem to be somewhere else in his head than focused on the task at hand.
Maybe, he is thinking, how do I clear this up with our coach that I can get better?? No really, he needs to really focus this week. I agree with you.

It’s too bad Milton didn’t think to take off for that 12 yard run out of bounds the down before, because it would’ve been a great play then. It would’ve allowed the receivers to run actual routes in the end zone on the last play instead of essentially a mini Hail Mary. Could’ve possibly opened the door for Milton to take off up the middle for the TD too.

Sadly, to date, everything the Michigan fans said about Milton has proven to be true. I really don't expect that to change this week

Short and intermediate passes for two reasons.

1. Milton is serviceable and in some cases elite in his ability to use his arm strength on sideline throws.

2. We won’t be able to protect long enough to get it off.

My strategy would be shorten the ENTIRE GAME by slowing down the pace. Stay dedicated to the run as much as you can. Get down hill with some lead plays. Believe it or not Alabama scares me more attacking the perimeter than they do up the middle.

I have a feeling he will start against Bama, so my question is, can Hype give him more advice during practice this week? Can he actually pull the trigger on his arm to get that ball to the receivers downfield without over shooting them. How much more can Hype do to get this corrected in practice? He is probably going to have to really practice starting today and a lot more trying to get it right. Man, I love his arm, but if he could just throw it accurately, he would be a superstar. I said he would be starting this week, because it’s just that feeling you know? If he does, is this his last chance to get it right in practice? Does he know this? Do we pull for him to get it right one last time if he starts?
Milton may be a great human being, but he's a HORRIBLE college QB that should never take another snap in an actual game. He is a huge liability to the team. Given the time that he has already spent in college while not solving his issues, it is clearly not a fixable problem.

Let Joe play early in the game instead of late. Let Milton play the first half and Bailey the second half. Easy solution. Hooker rests up. Fans and family are happy to see Bailey and the rest of the squad in a prime time game. Onside kick to open the game.

If Milton starts against Bama then it is a return to the days of JG where there's nothing he can do that will keep him off the field. There's no way I let him play. He is not a team player.
