The Iceman was definitely a gamer. The kid was all heart. I'm not really sure just how bright he was...

nice point. i really dont think it can get much worse. and if you put NS or BJC in and they suck it up more (idk how they can), then we will shut up about this topic. so Phil what your problem? if i were you i would quit playing favorites cause your job security is about as safe as vince young with his hand gun

Y did he not go out and get a top JUCO qb..to replace the kid that got Phil fired? did he not watch the film and evaluate the fact that this kid can not read a defense...Kif is getting exactly what he deserves..on his watch he was supposed to make it happen out of the gate...he has not..and tomorrow will be the one of the greatest program debacles a national tv audience has ever witnessed in college football...LK has , to boot, put his foot in his mouth, with all that imature talk re meyer...hEY Kif...meyer has earned it, he has done it..your wet behind the ears, a wanna b... who is in over his head, and your daddy can't bail you out..hell, monte's D sucked so far..

really Phil and Chavis would have done better..we all would have been better off with Phil and Chavis still at the helm...Class acts...the blame is on the AD...he had a JOE PA and did not give him the respect...when he disrespected Phil, he began a culture of trying to buy his way out, and now look what we have ...shambles...a program getting laughed at...and in turn disrespected...DID ANYONE HEAR/see THE EDITORIAL ON ESPN???? THIS IS THE FIRST TIME ANYONE CAN REMEMBER AN ON CAMERA EDITORIAL WHICH SAID..."LANE KIFFIN'S WORDS ARE AS EMPTY AS A BERNNIE MADOFF RETIREMENT FUND"!!! WOW!!!

Is this what we paid 2mil a year for? 4 this guy to ruin our reputation in a matter of a few months? Phil Fulmer built a program which was respected throughout the land, now what? we are compared to one of the most wretched men in history, Madoff? A man who is right up there with Hitler?

OH MY GOD...WHAT HAVE WE REAPED? WE ARE GOING STRAIGHT TO HELL...GOD REST our SOULs.

just a little.. but i'd say this is why we are not coaches. Crompton is better than Stephens. that's all that needs to be said.

Doesn't matter how long WE give Crompton; We are not coaching. The real question is how long will CLK give Jon Crompton? My guess is that if Crompton looks real bad in the first half, he might get the hook. But then again what do I know. I'm just another old armchair coach. I'll watch the game and cheer the Vols regardless of who is at QB.

Whats up Coach or MAM, How's the NON- Coaching life treating you..............hope you haven't spent all that money in one place like a Ceasers Special package in Vegas. Please take a vaction to those glass bottom vacation spots in Bora Bora and Fiji , because they look so great!
