I just don't see a RB on our roster that is physical enough or fast enough vs top defensive teams to be successful. I think we'll have a chance running the ball vs Ok and Fl, not so confident against Ga and Bama. We really need someone to step up in the RB group next season.A better question would be " How many yards rushing will the Vols have against Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Oklahoma."
Coach Pruitt requested us fans to up our expectations.
Stats against cupcakes no longer count.
Either Gray or Zach Evans get 1,000 yards plus... this great oline leading the way. Norman is our stage.most yards will split between: Ty will get about 500, Eric about 500, and then scattered yardage from the rest to go over 1000...always hopeful I'm wrong and that the numbers will be higher...
GO BIG ORANGE!
This scenario is more likely than having 3 with 600 a piece.Seems a lot of you think the carries will be split you won't have a 1k rusher.. What's the idea behind that? I understand there's not a dominant rb in the group as of right now but if one emerges you could very likely have one go for 1k, 1 for 600 and one for 200 or 300.
