They may have to sign the LOI on NSD, but I believe that's more a formality. Once they begin classes in January, they are locked in, if I remember correctly.

So under current NCAA rules, are they still considered PSAs (and therefore can't be publicly discussed by coaches etc) until Feb. 5th, despite the fact that they're actively enrolled students?
Te big day is when they start classes. Once they go to a class they are locked in for sure. I am not sure when classes start?
Couple of morning notes on enrollees...
Like we said last night, Wolf, Helm, Johnson, Mixon, Payne, Pearson, Moseley and Thomas are all in Knoxville.
Malone and Hurd are expected in today after getting home from the Army game yesterday.
Owen Williams and Dontavius Blair should be here by midweek, as will Raulerson.
We are still waiting on who will be that last guy in as both Henderson and Creamer are still both waiting it seems.
I think both still are trying to get through the clearinghouse, etc and if that's going on at this point I think they will be happy just to get one of those guys in not to waste that other early enrollee spot. Worst case scenario is neither make it in. I think they are hoping at least one gets through. If both make it through I'm not sure how they would handle it, but right now I'd say there's a greater chance of only one getting through.
Henderson is still doing some school work and Creamer has been to like three or four different high schools and the one he's at now has been described as a diploma mill by some so, like I said, I think they are hoping at least one of these guys gets through.
