I called the Liberty Bowl (as well as ticket master) and got the same. Oh well, looks like e-bay, craigslist college station and Stubhub... And take a hit.

I called Ticketmaster at 10 AM Central this morning and was able to cancel my 8 tickets. You might call 'em again and maybe you get a fellow Vol fan to answer.

Seems like several people went silly . I got a screenshot of VOLS going to the TaxSlayer/Gator bowl . None of the WVU Liberty bowl though sorry .

Edit: That whole UT to the Liberty against WVU lasted about 15 mins on the NCAA website . I hope you can find a screenshot of that .

I called the Nashville number and explained my situation. It took a long time, and I wasted my whole evening.

bowl tix will be plentiful on the street at the game. Vols or not, that's the nature of bowl games.

CALL BACK. They told me the same thing the first time I called. Tell them you know several people that were able to cancel with ticketmaster. I omly lost about 12 bucks in fees and got refunded the tickets.
