How many mlb stadiums have you been to and which was your favorite?

I thought it would be fun to hear where you all have been to see games around the country and what was your favorite stadium? I am a young guy and have not been to as many games as I am sure some of you have, but I have been fortunate to make a few rounds when I was in a geographical location to allow me the privledge.

I have been to San Diego when they were still in Qualcomm, Anaheim twice, Dodger stadium, Coors field, the last Busch Stadium, the Astrodome, Safeco Field, and Great American Ball Park in cincy a few times.

In terms of what I thought the coolest field was I would have to go with Safeco. If you have ever seen it from the outside from the highway and then gone inside it is pretty cool from both perspectives. But in terms of overall my favorite place to watch a pro ball game I would have to say Anaheim. The waterfall and rock formation is just something you don't see at a stadium.

Would love to hear what others have experienced and maybe some cool stories while you were there.

I've been to The Ballpark in Arlington ( Texas Rangers ) & Turner Field. The Rangers stadium is beautiful! Loved it while i was there. Turner field was ok i hate the Braves so i didnt really enjoy it.

On the Monster in Boston, outfield ivy in Chicago and Yankee stadium were tops for me. Hard to pick a favorite. Did Boston and Chicago during the playoffs and my visits to Yankee Stadium were all regular season.

Coors, both in Atlanta, KC, Toronto and Arizona. Kinda partial to AZ in the fall with the roof and walls opened up

Tiger Stadium, Comerica Park, Coors Field and Wrigley Field. Wrigley was awesome!

Yankee Stadium(s), the old Busch, Shea, Camden Yards, Nats Park

The old Yankee Stadium will never be topped for me.

Im a Red Sox fan & have never been to Fenway, i'd love to be able to get up there sometime. Even though i hate the Yankees i wish i could have gotten to the old Yankee Stadium. Would love to be able to go to Wrigley to.

are you originally from the chicago area? wrigley is on the list of places to go to before i die for sure. even though i will be rooting for whoever is playing the cubs. maybe i will catch a reds game in wrigley sometime if i ever make it up there.

Fenway, old and new Yankee, Shea, Camden Yards, and Philly. Naturally i have a bias towards the Fens, i've sat about everywhere, the Monster and RF roof bar were about equal. Comfort wise, new Yankee Stadium is nice, plenty of room to move about, plus it has some of the feel of an older park.

how is the affordability of a game at the new compared to the old yankee stadium? i always wanted to go to the old yankee stadium simply to say i had been there, but it seems like one of those parks that might just be too pricey to go to. same thing may apply for fenway if i had to guess. i certainly don't think i would go to great links to go out of my way to go to either fenway or yankee stadium, but for historically aspects it might be cool at some point if my team is there.

The rank and file ticket prices at Yankee arent astronomical, but they are a bit higher than Boston, which i assume is probably higher than everyóne else. However, they take price gouging on concessions to a new level.

it figures that concessions ar e through the roof.

IMO Wrigley in probably the most unique "stadium experience". There are very few frills, but it's just completely different from anything you see anywhere else.

I've been to Wrigley and it was awesome!! Will be going back next year too!


And Smokies park. We go there alot! Was gonna go Sunday too, if they hadn't lost. :(
We'll get 'em next year!!

Tiger Stadium, Candlestick, Oakland, Astrodome and Turner Field.
It's a tie between Tiger Stadium and Turner Field...grew up going to Tiger Stadium in the early to mid 70's with my Dad,great memories and was in Atl. in the mid to late 90's while they were in the middle of their run...went to 15-20 games a year in Atl., good times.

Cincy-Riverfront and Great American.....
Pittsburgh-Whatever their new park is named....
Toronto-Skydome or whatever it is called......
Atlanta-Fulton County and Turner....
St. Louis-Old Busch.......

Skydome is a freakin' awesome place!

Old Yankee Stadium, Fenway, Wrigley, Camden Yard, Great American Ballpark, Cinergy Field, Busch Stadium, Turner Field, Progressive Field, Montreal's stadium and Donges Field.

Donges is by far my favorite.

Busch Stadium is the best I've been to because of the Cardinal fans. They love their baseball in St. Louis.

As a Dodger fan I would love to visit Chavez Ravine in LA.

Tiger Stadium and the old Busch Stadium. I went to Busch to see the Braves and Cardinals. The Braves won. Currently, I'd like to get to Turner Field and Great American. I don't have a favorite because I haven't been to a stadium that I clearly remember much about.

Busch Stadium (St Louis), Philly (Connie Mack, Vet and the new Stadium), Turner Field, Baltimore (Memorial & Camden Yards), KC, Washington.
Liked Turner Field the best!
I've seen the new stadium in Pittsburgh and Fenway in Boston.

the pirates are awful but i hear nothing but good things about their new stadium. maybe i can make up there one day.

Sadly, I have only made it to old Riverfront Stadium so far. The family went up for a couple games between the Cardinals and Reds back in 1999, and I was sort of there in September of '86. Mom and Dad went to a game there when she was pregnant.

Cinci- Riverfront and GABP. I thought GABP was awesome.
Atl- Fulton County and Turner. Turner is pretty good.
Chi-US Cellular. Alright
Phila- The Vet. Went a lot as a kid.
I've been to the old Yankee Stadium twice and saw A-Rod hit his 500th home run so that's tops by far!

Next summer I'm going to the new Yankee Stadium and pretty excited about it.
