If you're like me you spend a lot of time reading the various threads on this and other sites. I started wondering how much time of my day is spent looking for any new tid-bit of info on my beloved vols. So...

How many hours a week do you spend on volnation (and/or other sites)? Has it gone up as the season approaches?

It's hard to stay in the football forum for any length of time. Way too much negativity.

I have rarely bothered to post in there as well. Sometimes it just ain't worth it. Hope it gets better as the season approaches

Thats going to be your excuse OE? Not your undoubted and shameless need for self affirmation and attention from post padding?

Totally agree. Way too many zombie threads (threads that keep trudging along even though they died long ago). VN needs a forum called "Outside" so that all the threads that turn into fights can be moved "Outside".

It would blow your mind how much stuff already gets moved "outside".

i probably spend less than 10% of my "volnation time" on the football forum during the offseason. there's just way too many ridiculous threads that pollute that area of the board from about mid february-late august and it's just gotten worse over the course of the past 2-3 years. it didn't used to be that bad when the community was alot smaller, but it's become more of an issue as the board has grown.
