My North Alabama bammer friends have been conspicuously quite this week on social media. I think they're worried about this one.

Well, as I've stated before on here, my parenting skills were completely horrible and my daughter graduated from that dreadful place in Tuscaloosa back in May. I've got six of her girlfriends invading my house Friday night, some graduated, some in their senior year. So, there's seven bammers at least that will be in the stadium. Sorry y'all. I'll make it up to ya.

Here in Birmingham, the fans are very quiet and nervous. No flags flying on cars or on homes as normal. I have been getting a lot of “Go Vols!” around town and little to no roll tide. I can not wait to get there Saturday and I fully expect a Vol win regardless who is qb for bama.

Now, that is AWESOME.

If you're blood has a little orange to it on the weekends we're not playing you guys then so be it.

Gotta say, both those Pitt games were amazing-both the games and the atmosphere.

Trust me, you thought our game against you guys last year was a spectacle just wait.

I sincerely hope that you have nothing pressing to do early next week. Quite frankly, the Vols get to rolling and it may be Weds before your hearing comes back
He's right u will not hear for days

It was def a sad event. Half the stadium was crimson that day. I knew then it was time for a change as the TN fan base made its point that Fulmer had to go.
Yeah no way for Fulmer to survive when all the Vol fans had left and Bammers took up 40k and thats all that was left in 4th chanting we just beat blank out of you! Over and over.

We definitely plan on checking out the tailgate seen. Staying at Knoxville Hilton so we are within walking distance of so many of the places we enjoyed last year.
You should definitely go to Fountain City (not to far from downtown) and eat at Littons. A lot of Football players and stars have eaten there during game weeks. And the food is out of this world!

6 of us coming from Pittsburgh to root for Vols. Pitt bye week and we planned this months ago. We had such a good time last year that we plan on coming back every year during Pitt bye week. Can’t wait to get there tomorrow and good luck.
Wow. That is quite a statement. Are the Vols now your second favorite team? If so, I’d recommend that your crew wear orange shirts with Pitt caps this Saturday. 😜🤪🤪

How many bammers does it take to be pallbearers at a funeral?
