hmmm... well... Vegan diet. whiskey shot each night. 30min of exercise a day. 7-1/2 to 8hrs of good sleep per night.

oh... and cut sugar completely from your diet.

Let me put it this way, I'm 38 and I will never see it again. Nor will they ever beat UGA, Florida, Auburn or LSU again. They will also struggle with every team not named Vanderbilt. Games with Ole Miss, Miss St and South Carolina types will end like 52-48

All of CFB is asking the same question and no one has figured it out yet. Not sure that's the standard we should set at this point in our program

Why would you measure the new coaches success at beating the gumps when you can count on one hand how many teams have beat them in the last few years? Give em a helluva game and scare the crap outta them will be a start.

And it’s not like Alabama is just going to completely fall off when Saban retires; it will probably take several years for them to normalize somewhere. One thing I really wonder about is how Alabama’s coaching search will go once they eventually have to replace Saban. On one hand, you are being handed the keys to a Ferrari. But on the other hand, who really wants to have to follow Saban with the expectations his success has led to.
