to sum it up....defense is looking good. Eric Berry is the real deal. Gerald Jones is stepping up his play and the best looking young WR so far. offensive line is doing a decent job. the running game is going good

from what I read of the scrimmage I thought it sounded like the offense struggled some, running the ball and finding servicable receivers?

yeah, in the end, the d came out ahead of the off.

but they did get off to a good start and the RB's did have a good day, including Creer........O'Neal had a big play TD with the 3rd team i think.......

all in all, good 1st scrimmage from everything i've read so far.

Yeah- word around the Athens campfire is that the GA defense looks like swiss cheese... what's the story?

first scrimmage was Sat and D dominated a O-line that featured 3 tfreshman 1 Rfreshman and 1 senior. Man that hurts just typing it. Good news is even with that line Stafford was still able to be effective. I think it was 13/20 1 td. In the running game RFr Knowshon Moreno was the highlight rushing for 36 yards on 5 carries.
