I think JJ may have been an innocent bystander when Nuke and Mike decided to do this dumb** deed. Nonetheless, he shouldn't have even been with the guys or out that late. Nuke you're appear to be a world class idiot and you probably just kissed your career goodbye. You're really going to be homesick in the Knoxville jail. Im sure you will not continue to play ball in Kville. Same for Mike. You're both expendable. JJ this is going to be your last chance. I think he will be suspended the rest of the season but remain on the team. Better stay squeaky clean my boy.

We'll see. I assume they will be tried in a pellet court.

You would think we would be used to this stuff under that outlaw Fulmer but I haven't seen Tennessee fans this cut down before. I think those three idiots have really damaged the new image everyone was hoping for.

That is funny but there is nothing funny about letting your teammates down when they need you. I don't care how good a player you are if you are going to be a cancer to the team, you should be cut out. All three player's do not deserve to wear the orange of UT!

Lets hold judgment on JJ until we know the facts.

Definately starting to feel better about this now. Janzen is the best player of the three. We don't want to lose him!! It is looking like maybe he is innocent in this whole mess... the other thugs just bringing him down. Kiffin should keep Janzen... the other two should do some time for this. What a wonderful twist of luck that Janzen appears to maybe be a victim here, simply being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Was said on ESPN earlier tonight that Nuke went to the drive side door and put the gun to the dudes head and said give me all you got, then Williams came to the other door and said give us everything. When they people showed their empty wallets to them thats when J.J. came up and said guys we need to get out of here. With it put that way it leaves the door open whether or not Janzen knew they were gonna do that in the first place or seen them doing it and came up and tried to save them by stopping what was going on. Curious to know which exactly of the two it was.:dunno:

the gun being pulled is still debatable, no? and the witnesses said they never felt threatened..... That is actually a pretty important fact in the case

Isn't Jackson's dad a small college football coach? Not that it's revelant to the present situation. I'm hoping he can salvage his career, be it a UT or elsewhere. He appears to be abought out of mulligans with UT, though.

I think you are exactly right. Nu'Rich & Mike Ed will be kicked off the team. JJ will be suspended indefinately. Will be allowed to return next year. But will be put on a short leash...
Go VOLS!

this quote sums it up for me

Gus McCrae: You know how it works Jake, you ride with an outlaw, you die with an outlaw. I'm sorry you crossed the line.

i know what u mean...i am down here in birmingham and u would think alabama has never had a player in trouble. Bama fans won't admit it but they are concerned about our quick success and how we almost beat them at probably our worst that we will be for a while with this coaching staff. have you gotten that vibe?
