How I feel after that win

Great win
Yes they got away with a facemask but Kentucky got the first down on the next play so its mute
Call the hold that enabled them to sustain the drive on an outside run earlier in that possession... and it would have been moot already.

The defense was on the field for 46 minutes, dude. Not full scholarships and dealing with injuries. Cmon man.

While you're celebrating scoring 45 on Kentucky just remember ....................our defense gave up 600+ yards to them.

Or it could be guys not making plays.
Earlier in the season we had a tendency in the games mentioned to be too conservative when the box was stacked.
Not the only reason we lost but certainly a factor IMO. Overall Heupel has done great with the roster he has to work with.

I feel good!!!! It wasn’t pretty on D, it was our worst tackling performance of the year. But we kept battling and made the plays we needed to down the stretch. The offense executed very well the vast majority of the time. We do need to tackle better but it won’t be hard to go back to work after a super sweet Big Orange Victory. Great win and down goes the kitty cats!!!!!!

My wife who is the VFL in our family went on record saying KY would win. I said no the Vols would win, and never wavered. IMHO that pick 6 by Taylor was a huge reason we held them from pulling that out.

No doubt at all. I had just said to my better half, that unless we could get a pick or fumble, I felt we'd let it slip away, and then Taylor not only intercepts, but makes a house call! Incredible!

If I were going to hold anything against him it would be the QB decision... but he went off the best info he had.

UT has to find some RB's that can stay healthy. I like Evans when healthy but he was hurt spring and August, played a few games, and now can't stay healthy. I'm guessing Whitehead and Pierce are hurt too?

But Wright did save our bacon converting a 3rd down. He'll be a true asset.
I'd like to see 15 lbs of muscle on him. He could be pretty good. Small and Evans are good but half of being a great RB is being able to stay healthy.

How I feel....

This offense is sickening crazy and wow.

This defense, needs bodies, bodies and I'm hoping that fixes Banks DC perception. I've thought he's done a good job all season, until tonight. Don't know if it was just a matchup problem, much like Kentucky's defense did almost nothing against our offense, or if it is needing personnel, or that the tape is finally out there on Banks and offenses know how to counter him.

Once again, mind-blowing offense, video game craziness.

I won't lie, it felt disgusting when that last FG missed, and damn near lost all hope when 4th and miles got converted by ky jelly, listening to the announcers deliberate that ky jelly only needed 11 yards on that last 4th and 10 like its easy...well you get the point.

I am simply celebrating that we won against the 18th ranked team in the country. It is an amazing fact that an exciting but ugly win still counts as a ā€œWā€!

My girlfriend was playing COD: zombies and she came into the room and told me the noises I was making was scaring her. So yeah, I was yelling and screaming
