How have "insiders" earned their e-cred?

Not trying to be a jerk but I'm just wondering what some of the people with "inside sources" have gotten right over the years to earn their e-cred.

I'm not calling anyone out as a liar. They may very well be/know someone that is close enough to get this info but in the past two years I've seen a bunch of whiffs on recruiting and coaching news. So for those with better memories than me please share some of the highlights they've gotten right.

I haven't been on this site long enough to know. There were a few posters on TOS that I trusted.

I can say this though. There has been enough smoke to make me believe that something has happened. In no way am I saying that Gruden will be our coach. But, from the various statements made, I do think there is enough to believe that things are happening. There has been so much that nothing official has been said in a week and a half now. I would think someone would make a statement. JMO.
